Frequently Asked Questions

I started this site in 2007 (click here for original site) to combat some of the sillier arguments against Tim Tebow winning the stiff arm trophy. I felt too many people were making an issue of his age, the system and his style of play and not enough had been made of the amazing statistics and legendary actions that Tebow was accumulating. I expected my parents and a few friends to be the only people to ever see the site. I ended up underestimating by a few tens of thousands. Apparently, there were quite a few people that wanted to see unvarnished analysis of the competitors. I had some great debates, some e-mail exchanges with a big name or two in college football, and even communication from several HE15MAN voters.

The Heisman Memorial Trophy annually recognizes the outstanding college football player whose performance best exhibits the pursuit of excellence with integrity.

I am an unabashed Florida Gators and Tim Tebow fan. But I do my best not to be a ridiculous “homer”. I have no doubt that I will receive some less-than-kind e-mails from people sick of the Tebow “hype”.  However, I think if a true fan of college football can step back – they see that we are witnessing a once-in-many-years phenomenon.

Tebow doesn’t always have the best statistics in college football.  But if you had to win one game for a championship…is there any college player you’d rather have under center for your team?
